Yes! You can send us an image you would want engraved on the item you ordered. However, we ask that it is a vector (.svg) image.

If you have a photograph that you want to convert into aengravable image(vector/.svg) the prcessing time will take longer and there will be associated fees (charge $8 an hour for black and white vector. Digitizing and virtual mock up is available if you need). These fees are non-refundable once process is initiated. After vector file is created it will be yours to keep, Ill have no rights or claims to it other than for advertising purposes.

Great question! The turn around for any of the customized products depends on the detail of the image being engraved and the number of products ordered. For example a simple logo on one side of a 20 oz tumbler would take up to 20 minutes, while a full wrap has taken 4 hours. Rest assured we will begin processing your order in the order it is received and will notify you of shipment with tracking info. We do ask for and appreciate your patience.

Yes we do. If you are not happy with your order you can return the item and receive a full refund or a replacement.
